the
clinical history and special laboratory test.
We have experienced a typical case of anti-phospholipid antibody syndrome in lupus nephritis as-sociated with recurrent cerebral thromboses in the presence of high trter antrcardiolipin antibody and positive lupus anticoagulant test.
The patient is 28 years-old woman with systemic lupus erythematosus, with was diagnosed in anoth-er hospital 3 years ago. Renal biopsy had proved to be diffuse proliferative lupus nephritis. She had three attacks of stroke in recent three years.
The
patient is well treated by steroid pulse therapy and immediate heparinization, followed by maintenance oral steroid and watarin therapy.
